The Effect of Reward in Increasing Work Motivation of Front Office Department Employees at Hotel W Bali Seminyak

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the extent to which giving rewards can affect the increase of employee work motivation. The research location is at the W Bali Seminyak Hotel with an analysis unit of all Front Office (Welcome) employees totaling 63 people. The data used is quantitative, sourced from Guest Voice, and obtained directly through questionnaire instruments distributed to respondents. The sample retrieval method uses the saturated sample technique, while the data processing is done by simple linear regression through SPSS software version 26 for Windows. The results of the test showed that the reward variable has a significant influence on employee work motivation. The contribution of the reward variable to the variation in Front Office (Welcome) work motivation was recorded at 50.7%. This value is categorized as moderate, which means that awarding plays a significant role in encouraging increased work motivation, although there are still other factors outside of research that have an effect.
